The entire membership will meet approximately four times each year – typically held on the second Wednesday of January, April, July and October.
Steering Committee Monthly Meetings
Monthly steering committee meetings will take place approximately 10 times each year to be held on the first Friday of every month unless otherwise notified. The two months without meetings will be determined by the steering committee.
Special Meetings
Special meetings may be called by the steering committee.
Sub-committees
Sub-committees may be created and convened when necessary for purposes defined by the TCHM. They may be dissolved when assigned function(s) and report(s) have been completed.
